Common questions.

Is there a fee to register as a vendor?
No. Registering in our vendor database is completely free and does not guarantee work - it simply adds you to our pool of pre-qualified partners for future projects.
How long does the review take?
Our procurement team typically reviews new registrations within 2 business days. If shortlisted, we'll reach out via email or phone to schedule a short evaluation call.
Do you work with vendors outside the UAE?
We primarily work with UAE-licensed subcontractors and suppliers, but we do register international suppliers of specialty materials and FF&E on a case-by-case basis.
Can I update my information after submitting?
Yes - simply email procurements@arcave.ae with your company name and the updated details, and our team will update your vendor record.
Will registering guarantee me a project?
Registration adds you to our approved vendor pool. Actual project invitations depend on matching trade category, capacity, location and ongoing project needs.
